1. Ways to top up
bKash payment (added instantly) or bKash Send Money (with your TrxID; we match it in bKash and then add it). The options that are switched on are shown when you top up, and the amount is shown clearly before you pay.
2. Records and receipts
Every top-up has a receipt in the dashboard and by email. Every credit and charge is recorded in the wallet ledger, visible in the Wallet tab. Our bKash merchant credentials are never sent to the browser.
3. Stay safe
ComputeBD never asks for your bKash PIN or OTP by phone or message. Only pay the number shown in your dashboard.
